Second in our series on success in organizations is the critical function of leadership. Leadership works right alongside a potent mission in successful organizations. Once you have a clear and well defined mission, it is important that you utilize your leadership skills to convince the organization that it is going to accomplish the mission you have developed. For success to happen, it is essential that a leader is able to sell an organization on its ability to achieve this mission.
